Like the title suggests… the Arc is not playing the sound that is needed to complete the setup.
I did factory resetted the Arc with the green light flashing ready to go.
The app does see the Arc… i just get stuck when the Arc needs to play the chime/sound…
I did the same procedure with the Sonos Five after the app could not connect to the system.
The Five connected again…
