 hope someone can help me and recognize the issue I have.

 

I have the Victrola Stream Carbon (VPT-3000) since Januari 2024 and the first month I was a very happy user and had no issues.,

Since the previous device software version, also with the User Interface update, I have the issue now that the Victrola does not autoplay to the default speaker. I use SONOS wireless speakers in the living room.

I was hoping it would be solved in the latest device software 0.33.143.0x4b25488.

From within the Victrola IOS app I have to click in the quickplay overview on “living room”. Then the message “request was canceled” appears in the app but the music starts to play over the SONOS speakers.

Does someone else experience this issue as well and any tip?

Ik heb hier niets over gelezen, ook niet op het Engelstalige forum, waar misschien meer Victrola-eigenaars te vinden zijn.
Gaat het over een update voor de Victrola of de Sonos? Ik herinner me geen update van Sonos met en update voor de UI. Heb je contact opgenomen met Victrola?
