I have been having complaints with my Sonos speakers for some time. very unfortunate and strange because I have moved into a new house in which I have invested in the network and equipment. I have called before to ask questions and they saw my WiFi and internet connection was very good. And it is!
Unfortunately I have had complaints for some time now. my first complaint is that in the surround setup with my arc and the 2 era300 speakers, the right era300 (when I'm sitting on the couch) seems to be less loud in terms of volume than the left one. Could the speaker be broken or is there a defect?
The other problem is that I have stuttering in the audio, but only when I group another box (outside the surround setup) for example with the kitchen counter, my Sonos One). I never had this before, and it is something that has happened in recent months. That's strange, because I actually have better network equipment (unify) and I had a network specialist look at it. I have a feeling it's a bug, or it's because the Era300 speakers are bonding with the Arc and they make an own WiFi network from Sonos? From my opinion the era boxxes doesn’t make SonosNet and only the Arc does this.
But apparently they do "bridge" with the Arc on its own WiFi, and in my opinion it goes wrong with this.
I hope you can help me!
