Hi,
I have an issue with the Roam. It fails to show up under products when it’s turned on. Only when I turn it off it shows as “Offline” in the app. It also fails to get into Bluetooth connection mode. It’s pretty worthless now. I wanted to use it while moving houses.
This issue started after I didn’t use it for a couple of weeks. I have had no luck with it at all actually. Bluetooth connection always takes a super long.
