Ik had nog een email adres van Sonos die onderstaande mail had gestuurd,maar de mail kwam terug (mail adres niet meer in gebruik).
Ik denk dat ik het niet hoef te vertalen en hoop dat iemand mij kan helpen, want ik ben ten einde raad en dat ben ik niet gauw:
I've spent almost the entire weekend on getting my sonos system ging again.
Saturday morning I had some kind of Wifi/internet network breakdown, resulting in almost all my systems jumping in fail mode, including my Sonos system.
After I got router and access points up and running again, I have spent 1,5 days on trying to fix the Sonos system, without success. I tried all tips and tricks shared on the community, including resetting devices we ith and without using ethernet cables to get speakers on baord again. Some worked, others not.
I have a 5.1 system with an Arc, 2 play 3's and a sub.
Furthermore, I have a playbar, 4 play 's and a roam.
I have tried to install the Boost many times in different ways.
I'm disappointed and frustrated.
I've had these kind of breakdowns before, but never this bad.
