Since a few days I have a Sonos Ray, which is connect to a LG OLED48A16LA. The sound quality is great, but the volume control is very inconvenient (almost unusable). The volume increments are incredibly small, making it difficult to properly change the volume. With clicking, you would have to make tens of clicks to change the volume a bit. Long pressing is now the only solution, but this is very inconvenient as it is difficult to estimate how long to hold the button. Also, the TV doesn’t show the volume number (which is a limitation of either LG software or the optical sound output I believe).
I already tried adjusting the max volume in the SONOS app, but this doesn’t solve the problem. Hopefully there is a solution to this problem!
