I would like to give my feedback on your strategy of keep on releasing new products instead of focusing on perfecting the customer experience with what you already have in the line up.
The Sonos Arc in my opinion never reached its maturity as a top range product and instead of improving is now basically going to be made obsolete by a new version.
I bought a play 5 gen2 which wasn't given a couple of years before being replaced by gen3 and 4 and 5 and bla bla, this is not what someone who paid 560 euros for a speaker expects from you.
My first Sonos Bar lasted 10 years enjoying the full dedication of your developers as it was expected for such an expensive product.
Sonos speakers aren't mobile phones,stop flooding the market with new generations and new versions of the same products and focus instead on software/firmware improvements.
I have bought something like 20 Sonos speakers, please check my account,and I feel having the right to speak up as a very disappointed customer.
You used to be special once,now Sonos feels like just marketing and nothing more.
