Hey guys,
I need some help...
Situation:
1x Beam, connected by the Arc-cable at my TV.
2x Play One's, connected by my WiFi.
In the past my Play One's were connected as surround speakers for my Beam, I loved the setup.
There is no ethernet cable provided for the system and I can't provide it in the future.
Two weeks ago I discovered that my Play One's didn't connect to the Beam. They didn't produce any sound as I played music or as I watched something on Netflix (as surround). I can't imagine a origin of the problem.
I tried this:
- reset both Play One's and then linked them with the Beam again as surround.
- uninstall the Sonos (S2) app, reset Beam and the Play One's, install the Sonos (S2) app again, install the Beam and the Play One's, link the Play One's as surround.
For both attempts I had the same problem:
I got the pop-up that I needed to check the network connection en make sure that my devices were activated.
In my opinion all devices are linked with the same network. I don't get it why it worked for over a year and suddenly it doesn't work at all.
