light on one SL is out , unplug and replug , light stays out , reset light stays out, seems totally broke

I tried to reset my one SL ( I have two for the surround) . one is still working fine the other one seems totally dead. Unplugging doesn't help, waiting without current and then replugging give no sign of live anymore. Some has other ideas and how do I get the one SL replaced if dead? Seens not normall , I hardly used it ;-((
