My device (ikea symfonisk) is connected well to my router (fritzbox 7590 AX), no disconnects. I can turn on/off the status led on the speaker using the Sonos app.
I see the speaker in the Spotify app, when I try to connect in Spotify the connection fails.
Not possible to play Sonos radio using the app
When I check for a firmware update I receive an error 800 (Sonos product can't reach the Sonos servers to check for updates)
- It was working well for 3 years+
- It is possible to play local stored music on the device
- The problem is the same for all users in the house (different mobile phones)
- No parent control or internet block active in the router
- No IP conflict
- Mobile and speaker connect on the same router (not a mesh access point)
- Same issue when the device is connected with cable direct on my router
- Factory reset of the speaker, no solution
- Forget device in the router and reconnect, no solution
Anyone an idea what could be the problem?
