Cannot connect to existing system

I have the following set up:

  • Bridge connected with a switch connected with the router
  • Playbase, Bass, 2x Play1 → Home theater
  • Play 3

Since a few weeks, I cannot connect anymore with my sonos system. OF course, the playbase is working with the TV due to the cable, but I cannot connect via app.

I tried the following:

  • Reset my router
  • Reset the bridge
  • Connected the playbase with the router via ethernet
  • Unplugged the playbase
  • Installed the S2 app (had the S1 app)

Nothing seems to work. Anybody has any idea to help?
