Installed a new WiFi mesh system at friends' house (TP Link x20) and connected the Sonos to new WiFi. I did the reconnection to another WiFi network by resetting the Arc and 2x One SL. everything worked fine on new network. A few hours later I was able to start the app on the friends' two iPhones and also play music, but the app closed after about 10 seconds. the next day I went there and saw that the same thing was happening via my iPhone on their network. the app also closed after 10 seconds. I reconnected my app to my system at home and went back. miraculously everything worked again. A few days later the problem is back again? Anyone have an idea what this could be?
