On my wife's Samsung S20 Sonos keeps losing rooms and then the other day they reappear ... or not. I haven't been able to find any pattern.
Also switching music to another room can cause Sonos to lose rooms. But then again it does not lose a room each time music is switched to another room. Sometimes it works smoothly, sometimes the room remains visible but you can't control it, and sometimes the room disappears. Again difficult to find a pattern.
On my Samsung S8 I have none of these issues. When my wife's Sonos app is driving both of us crazy, Sonos works fine on my phone.
So far the solutions for losing rooms deals with reinstalling the speakers, looks for causes in bad WiFi connection, or simply unplugged speakers. But as it works fine on my phone, I guess none of those things can be the issue.
I would much appreciate any input that could solve this.
