A horrible experience. I have a booster, bridge, three Play:1 and a Play:5 (gen1). Every X-mas i expand my system, trusting its reliability.

I was asked recommended a controller (S2) update by Sonos, which in hindsight i should not have trusted. First this resulted in 2 separate Sonos network in my house - an S1 and an S2 compatible network.

After that, in order to restore my original network, i followed Sonos instructions which indicated to reset   all devices to factory settings (deleting all existing information). After that none of the devices work anymore - and all refuse to reconnect.

Guess who is lot expanding system anymore from this Xmas onwards.

Two questions : who else has suffered negative effects under the  S2 launch and how did you solve it ?
