Hi,

A customer for the company I work at is experiencing problems with a Sonos S2 system that we provided for them. The system is connected with Spotify on an iPad, using Airplay/Spotify Connect, but as of last week there is no sound during playback.

On a phone call with them I established that they were properly connected via Airplay and that the volume levels are correct (no muted audio), but there is still no sound for some reason.


I asked them to send diagnostics and to relay the diagnostic number, which is:

The system consists of a Port and an Amp.
