I'm recently having trouble connecting my play 5 (gen2) to WiFi. It did work for 2 years without any problem. I've tried everything from router settings to a Sonos factory reset, nothing works. Using a cable does work. I found out that putting the Sonos right next to my router (10cm) it did work for a few minutes, so it looks like a problem with my Sonos WiFi module.
