Sonos Play:5 unusable after update 8.2.2 (KRACK WPA2)

I updated the Sonos Controller on my Macbook to version 8.2.2, but then I could no longer play music from any source (I could connect to my Sonos Play:5 but could not play any music).

Solution: powered off the router off and on again, powered off my Play:5, connected it to the router with a network cable, started the Play:5 and was able to connect using the new controller software. I then used Preferences -> Advanced -> Wireless installation to forget the existing wireless communication and configure the home network again. This worked.

Be aware that this is the Dutch community of Sonos, I don't think that the issue you experienced was due to the update. If you encounter the issue again, please contact our support to have a look at your wifi network.
