Sonos Controller on Windows 10

Since 3-4 weeks my Sonos Control on Windows 10 does not exit properly (both right corner X as File->Exit result in a 1-minute where nothing happens then Windows comes up with an error message: "Sonos Desktop Controller has stopped working". Option to debug or Close Program. I did remove the app and reinstall it - it worked then for 1 or 2 times and then started happening again everytime I close the app....

Sounds like a corrupt Windows installation, cause we are not familiar with this issue, and all our customers can perfectly fine control the system through the desktop controller.
In order to investigate this issue, i would request you to give us a call by phone.
