After 2 years my play5 suddenly lost wifi connection. I have tried everything, plug out/in, factory reset, router reset etc, but does not work. However.with ethernet cable it does work (but the speaker is in then in the basment closet, next to the router!?!?, so not a solution). If i try to setup the wireless network connection, it states that the wifi password is incorrect. However this cannot be the case as all other connected devices work with the wifi password (as did the play5 for over 2 years). I think tHe wifi card of the sonos is broken.
Anyone a suggestion to help
